"With no state recreational vehicle areas close to home, Inland enthusiasts who want to ride legally must use private parks or travel to other state facilities, such as the busy Ocotillo Wells vehicle-recreation area in Imperial County.

Others ride illegally on public and private lands throughout the region."

How about Johnson Valley, Stoddard Valley, Rasor, El Mirage and Dumont Dunes?????? All legal OHV areas within San Bernardino County where one can ride wherever they wish.

Scoflaw riders who use limited use areas for riding off designated trails and trespass onto private lands will no doubt cause even more future restrictions and closures.

Clearly, there is a need for OHV recreational areas however, many riders are too lazy to use them.
