Concerning Azuza Canyon, for years the forest service had no control over the canyon it was controlled by the LA county parks and they used community service people to clean the place. Now it is under Forest Service control and they are paying a small group to cover the entire canyon, but the problem is that they only work in the summer. So who cleans up the place, well the F.S. will remove the trash in the trash cans but the rest is up to volunteers. So why raise the fees if nothing is being done with the fees they already collect?
