Pier, Today,s weather in Apple Valley, very close to Deep Creek Hotsprings was absolutely fantastic for a winters day with clear blue skys and lots of sunshine. I'm sure you will find the springs to be perfect for Xmas day and I recommend highly that you induldge yourself in an adventure to that land of warm water and fun. You can cross on the rocks just upstream from the hotpools without getting in the cold stream water. I'm sure you will have a great time if you go.
