Time moves more slowly at Mexico's Rio Caliente Hot Springs Spa Resort. There's no TV, radio or newspapers. Internet is available in only one room. My cell phone couldn't pick up a signal. As the ads might say — if Rio Caliente were the kind of place to advertise in any major way — this is a getaway with a capital G: a great way to leave stress and worry behind.
