nude hiker, Spencer is gereat, I've been there a few times. Here's easy directions:
From Ausin, go east on US Highway 50 for 12 miles. Turn right (south) on NV 376 for about 400 yards. Turn left (east) onto a wide, graded dirt road with Forest Service signs to Monitor Valley and Toquime Cave. Go on this road for 5.5 miles until you come to a "Y"Turn left and go 1.6 miles to the springs. GPS N39 19.638' /W116 51.476.
