Can somebody please explain me this logic – the population of endangered species has to decrease in order for the vehicular access to the springs and numerous camp sites to reopen???
Should I go and stomp some of them to speed it up?
BTW, in my years of driving to the springs I’ve never seen any toads or tadpoles let alone dead toads.
