Found this:
The gate at Divide Peak is CLOSED. This prevents vehicle access to the Upper Santa Ynez Recreation Area. The gate at Middle Santa Ynez Campground is also CLOSED. This prevents vehicle access to the Rock Camp and Big Caliente Hot Springs and to P-Bar Flat Campground and Mono Campgrounds.
