Tecopa Hot Springs 4-11-2010

Hey all,
Just got back from a trip through Death Valley and stopped by Warm Springs Camp and Tecopa Mud Bath Pool on the way home.
Warm Springs Camp has improved since my last visit.The old buildings are getting a new roof and someone left a whole case of cup o noodles....Cool. There was only one other group camped there and it rained at night, even some snow about 500 feet higher than we were.The dirt road out there is still in good shape but two trucks we passed by had flats from speeding on road.Cant steer around the sharp rocks goin fast.

Then we headed for Tecopa.When we arrived there was nobody there.Soaked for about an hour,but man you got to get out of the pool every once in a while,gets too hot for me.. Then we headed back to civilization once I got into Barstow I wanted to turn around and go back. The City SUCKS!
