Thank you DCR for this valuable information. Once again the public servants are circumventing the the publics right. Just as they did with the JF1299 debacale. Once again the public servants have made toilet paper of our constitution.
I suggest that all who oppose their unamerican rules vote with their swimming trunks. I am going to send my trunks to this unfair administrator, along with a note that that is where they will be. While I visit Saline Valley for Thanks giving. I will be there giving thanks for my right to be nude. Any interfearance will be a denile of my freedom of religion rights and my free speech rights. Any one care to join me.
How about an adress to send my swimming trunks to?
