Rick,
I probably dont know much about band width. However I have a Motorola wireless cable modem gateway. And my laptop moves pretty fast, it takes only 10-20 seconds to load DCHS. And it loads pages faster than I can get my finger off the button. Of course I am connected to the tv cable, Cox cable system. Which probably helps on speed. And your computer has to have wi-fi features too. So if you do not have wi-fi you will have to upgrade, some how. Those telephone lines were too slow for me. You might try DSL also. But I don't know of anyone who has a computer that moves as fast as mine. Not even at kinko's or the library. Also my processor is 3.06 MGHz I think that helps speed, according to my booklet.
For online help go to wi-fi.org or www.motorola.com/broadband/networking.
I hope this helps.
Other wise maybe some lye soap inserted into your mouth will help take up some of the time :~)
