That is the WORST news I have heard all weekend. There is no justice in S.B. county. I agree with Mojave eventually Castro WILL run upon the wrong person, or should I say right person? And Rick is right, it's amazing that this crime animal is allowed to roam the streets. And that he has not ran into this wrong/right person all ready is amazing to me.
I was wondering the other day of all the people that used to be Mike Castro's friends who do not come around any more. It seems they were scared by Mikes criminal behavor.

All have lived on or near Bowen ranch. All lovers of the hot springs area.
All witnesses of Mike Casro's crimes. All gone from the area.
And the Growler remains. Am I the only one that is amazed?
