I would hope that most people would be concerned about the safety and well being of their fellow man. Deep Creek is a unique and beautiful place which attracts both positive and negative energy.

However, I believe that the negative energy was created, fostered and allowed to grow due to intentional actions and inactions of the Government Agencies whose responsibility is to protect the public on public lands.

I thought that people needed to know what has occurred up there to some of the hotsprings visitors. The violence is random and unpredictable and could happen to anyone. I think to know about this possible danger is important for your own protection.

I really am sorry that these things even occur up there at this beautiful and peaceful place. I am hoping that positive action by people who care will result in the restoring of peace in this beautiful place.

I know we can all agree that we want to protect the environment along with our access rights and continuing enjoying Deep Creek Hotsprings.
