Wizard, Nice tip on the 30 gal. refuse bags. If you like going in
inclimate conditions (as do I) when the creek rises toward the
upper pool, I've successfully crossed over. By climbing upstream
from the normal walk across about 50 feet I make an extended raceing dive and scratche for dear life, making it over (usually) just below the crab cooker. In my old age, I cheet and wear a neoprene spring suit. If you don't have one, you can pick one up
cheep at yard sales, the paper, or for a bit more at play it
again sports.
