I'll bet that y'all er happy to be in a new part of Oz-land! So when are you goin' to have an open house for all the Deep Creek desert rats? I'll bet Katrina, Castro, the Lions and tigers and Laughing folks (Bears and Sycamore's) and us others would love to come "trash" the place! ;o)
Seriously, enjoy the new digs... you guys deserve it.
I hope to be blown down there to Apple Valley from here in Happy Valley soon for a visit to the Munchkins and their folks.
