Did you get those court records on line or in persona?
Wanna hang out w/me in court? I find courts soe romantic..."
Hi jobe,
I just in, checked my email and then noticed your forum post. The court minutes were emailed to me as an attachment from a friend. As to hanging out in court, I'll pass. I have a government job which deals in legislation and law so the proposal of hanging out in another court doesn't do anything for me. Besides, due to my disappointment with this forum, I wasn't expecting to be posting much anymore (but I saw your sweet offer and thought I'd respond).
I have been curious why this forum on Deep Creek has only had about a half dozen people posting. Same ones over and over again. And I have been curious why everyone's been in such a lynch mob mentality to do a hatchet job on Mike Castro.
Now I understand it. This forum is more about attacking Mike Castro than it is about allowing an open, free discussion about the hot springs and important issues surrounding it. Someone by the name of Scardino has a court date with Mike Castro and half of the regular cast of this forum shows up for it. That is so weird.
Despite these times of heighten patriotism, this forum group has trashed Mike Castro's sacred constitutional rights to a fair hearing and due process by prejudging him. Apparently katrina island, with her list of alleged wrongs committed by Castro going back years, has an obsession that goes back a very long time. And the allegations of a governmental conspiracy protecting Mike... total weirdness!
When I posted facts where I believed that the Commissioner might vindicate Mike Castro, Rick got so upset with the message that he attacked the messenger and tried to silence my free expression on this forum by closing the thread. That was really the wrong thing to do as it has directed me today to pursue my original posted concerns elsewhere, with another federal agency.
My interest isn't in Mike Castro and the justice of his victory, but in the protozoa. As this inner DCHS group doesn't seem to care enough to work towards measures to remedy the possible sources of the found contamination without more tests... well OK. So today I started making direct contacts with an upper federal office (for a trickle down effect) to have the safety of DCHS analyzed. Just the sanitary idea of large dogs bathing in the pools is so gross!
As this forum apparently wants tests as posted, and attempts have been made to shut me up, I'm now using my position to push for more extensive tests which should be coming soon and hopefully in the future on a regular routine schedule.
I expect future and more expansive tests will prove the DCHS pools to be safe for public use. However, if not, the public should be protected by the pools being immediately removed. I have enjoyed my limited visits to DCHS but I do want to feel safe; and rather than posting here, I will be spending my free time pushing for expanded federal health oversight of the hot springs. At least today my input on the problem was seriously considered.
