Traffic Advisory !!!
I just now came from visiting friends in the village.
On my 1st attempt a had six truck trying to go up the hill just past Ann and Pauls place. The drivers of the trucks going up hill did not please me and I wished I had chains like some of the trucks there. So ... I went into town and bought some chains and returned. This time only one truck was blocking the hill. This Florida boy can't put chains on my truck so I made my way into the village any way. The snow was up to my windows, and still coming down pretty hard. PLEASE do not go up there unless you have to. The roads are very icy and dangerous. Dont even try until the sun comes out and warms things up. An alternate route would be the Bradford Ridge Trail from Lake Arrowhead, A 3 mile hike. As the water in the Creek will be cold and high, going this way you will not have to cross the creek.
