I wasn't at DCHS the day of those two big quakes, Landers and Big Bear area. At the time of the second big shaker around 8AM, I was about 1 mile from its epicenter south east of Big Bear, by Onyx Summit off HWY 38. That was quite an experience. I do know that in the days after the earthquakes, the hot water flows at DCHS were much increased from normal, and there was hotwater coming out differant places than normal. In time the flow has returned to the level we are used to seeing down there.
