I have never seen Mike's gun. I haven't been to Bowen Ranch much; however, I'll take your word that he has a 9mm.
Of course, living in such a rural area, I think that he would be foolish not to own a gun. Most all rural people I know own one or more guns; and upon his own property, he certainly has a legal right to carry one.
katrina island earlier wrote: "...he yelled at them and brandished his gun in a threatening manner." Well, to "brandish" is more of a legal term as use here. To do such can be illegal. If "the people" truly felt threatened by Mike Castro brandishing a weapon, why didn't they file a criminal report with the sheriff's department? Especially, after they allegedly felt their car was vandalized!
Naw! Too much smoke is blowing here to be taken seriously. Why no reports to the sheriffs? Why no reports to the insurance company for the damage? Why isn't anyone acting normal?
