Mike Castro is being sued in small claims court for damage caused by vandalism to a person's vehicle. The person suing said that he paid Mike Castro his toll, then parked at the parking lot. When he came back up to his parked vehicle Mike Castro rapidly approached on his motorcycle. When Mike Castro came to a stop, he yelled at them and brandished his gun in a threatening manner.
The people left the area and in the morning realized that their vehicle had been badly vandalized to the tune of $2,600. A small claims suit has been filed and the court date is November 19, 2004 at 8:30 AM, Courtroom V-14, in Victorville.
Anyone who would be willing to testify concerning their experiences with Mike Castro and/or vehicle vandalism, your testimony would be very helpful in holding Mike Castro accountable for his actions.
