I passed by around 7 a.m. There were no other vehicles. One person who showed no evidence of injury was leaning in the driver's door. I hailed him from the roadway and asked him if he needed any help and he replied that he didn't.

We later stopped by to check the vehicle and noted that the audio system had been removed. I had assumed that the person observed earlier was the driver, but now suspect that he may be the owner of a new sound system.
