Guess, first of all, I don't recall Charlie Brown posting here. Perhaps you should review the Forum Archives to clear this matter up for yourself. As to whether or not you should post here, I suggested it would be " probably better " if you did not. I can see from you last post that your blood pressure is surely on the rise again. I'll bet you were smokin ( mad ) when you wrote that word " Tough!!! ". No comments about my family either, I " guess " youv'e written us all off. It appears that you care little about burning bridges to people who could have been good friends to you. To think we thought enough of you to invite you to come live by us in the future. Moving on, in reference to the rest of your post, it seems to me that you are referring to the Moss Mill road when talking of private property being crossed onto. I can say for sure that there was a time when this Moss Mill road was signed by the BLM as an open route. I called the BLM and they admitted having open route signs along this road but told me in another breath that the legality of this situation was a grey area. I told the person that if they were not clear on the legality of whether or not this route was open then they should not have signs up indicating it was. It was not long after that when these signs were taken down. By my understanding when a road like the Moss Mill road is used by the public for many years that this establishes it as open for public use. I have little knowledge of these land use laws so time will tell if anything changes concerning the status of this old access road to the springs trail. Guess, I know you are not concerned about various crimes which have occured around the ranch since you park safely, at the ranch. These things are a concern for those of us who chose the perfectly legal option of using the public access routes to the springs. It is good that there is a point of communication and connection like this forum for people interested in the springs to keep track of events like vandalism that have occured at times in this area. How else would people ever find out about these things. If I remember correctly you have had your window broken on you car parking in a spot off the ranch and I'm sure you weren't smiling when you found this vandalism. You know, I wish I knew Charlie Brown so I could ask him " Why " this website was created. Since you feel " you " know the answer guess, could you enlighten all of us on this point :-)
