I think a couple of Arizona Cypress trees survive over there Jobe. I have'nt hiked over in that region since the fire and the natural spring is probably dry at the surface due to the persistant drought. I would adivse hiking the public lands in the vicinity of the old Moss ranch site with caution and take a couple of friends as there has been a history of gunplay associated with Mike Castro focused upon hikers and hunters in the region.
