Tour of J1299

LaughingBear and Mrs. Bear were kind enough to show me around the Juniper Flats and J1299 trail area. Thank you. There is a big difference between seeing something on a map and actually looking at it.

Clearly J1299 trail divides into two trails cross country that eventually cross the powerline road. We talked about how to document when these trails were created. The satellite photograph from 1995 does not show the trail splitting into two trails. Terra Server now charges money for satellite photos and they updated their material. We will find out how much it would cost to get the satellite photographs that would be necessary to document the creation these trails.

I still need to get all of the boundaries and fences clear in my head by reviewing the maps and satellite photos compared to what I observed on the ground.
