As is our monthly custom on the last Saturday of each month, Deep Creek Volunteers will be holding their July meeting this Saturday at 1:00 p.m. close to either the Anniversary or Arizona pools.
So that it is easier for non-members to recognize us, as form this month on, we will set up a banner shortly before the start of our meeting. As discussed at our last meeting we will be spending less time (and on some months maybe none at all) talking and instead doing some more specific projects. Therefore, in addition to the agenda I am including a list of projects that we can work on this Saturday. The meeting will still be at 1:00 p.m. and we will work on these projects both before and after. Depending on how many volunteers we have we will see how much we can accomplish.
1) Changes to membership and funding
2) Presentation of DCV Banner
3) Updates to our website
4) Report on the joint brush removal project with the USFS
- Sugestions for other joint projects to present to the USFS
5) Latest partial closure of SBNF
6) Proposed September clean up event
7) Review of the Summer Newsletter
8) Other Issues
