I have to aggree with Rick. Liquor sales at the hotsprings not only encourage the consumption of alcohol, but violates the law as well. Where the liquor goes, trouble soon follows as illustrated by the violence provoked by "the merchant" against a hotspringer who requested Scott manage his dog. A trusted source is my neighbor witnessed the incident and stated that Scott provoked the fight with his hostility. Dude's behavior is a bummer.
