Katrina can you clarify? Where specifically would be the boundary of the wilderness area? At the Bowen Ranch building location? Are you talking about a typical wilderness permit as is now required for wilderness areas? Where in the world would Mike Castro live if the ranch building is removed ;-) ?. Will the BLM build him a permanent shelter next to the Anniversary Pool so he can really keep an eye on all us infidels ;-) ?
