I've always said that one or two "bad" incidences or "bad" people, or "bad" behavior at DCHS can really impact whether the BLM and/USFS decide to limit or close access to DCHS. It is imperative that DCV members and concerned individuals continue to work closely with these agencies, and stress that these "Bad" instances are few and far between.
