I was given a report that the Merchant of DCHS was involved in removing this "crazy guy". The report was that people were being greatly disturbed by the actions of the "crazy guy". The people implored for assistance and the Merchant of DCHS came to their aid. The Merchant of DCHS got into a fight with the "crazy guy". The "crazy guy" pulled a knife. The Merchant of DCHS ttok his knife away and was able to hogtie him.
Once the "crazy guy" was hogtied, the SB Sheriff's landed their helicopter on the beach and took him away.
The next day the Merchant of DCHS was evicted.
