Re: Today at the springs

Thanks for the report, Sam D. DCV has had minimal opportunities to do any extensive clean-up lately, but we should be kicking into higher gear for the summer months. We have lots of possible items for our attention at our next meeting on Saturday:
candle wax
upstream cleanup
downstream cleanup
graffiti removal
Anything remaining from "the merchant."
Handing out lots of brochures and hoping that people read them and care enough to try to help!!

We no longer have a brochure box at the trail head, so will have to try to get members with brochures down to the springs more often. Any DCV members or friends who can help with this, please let us know.

Thank you for caring and working so hard to keep the springs area clean and safe!! Thanks to Frank as well, and all other like-minded people who help us to prevent unsanitary conditions, vandalism, and other problems at the springs.
