The USFS is experiencing many of the same problems with illegal OHV activity within the Deep Creek roadless area. Where the trail formerly known as J1299 connects with 3N59a, the USFS boundry fence has been repeatedly cut by motorcyclists bent on riding down to Deep Creek. Ranger Brad Burns is requesting public assistance in identifying these individuals.
Deep Creek is by nature a wild and scenic place.
