Deep Creek Hotsprings has been a lonstanding refuge from the commercialized crap that permeates our world today. Any legal issues involving behavior of individuals can be adressed by calling Ranger Burns at the Sky Forest Ranger Station. I believe one would need a permit to sell anything on USFS lands.
