The 40 acre property that contains the greater portion of Moss Mill Rd. was acquired in a land exchange along with the easement. BLM argues that the subject property is for the exclusive use of the United States and its agents.
What is inconsistent with that argument coming from BLM? After all they did not involve the "people" in the 12 years of WEMO planning for Juniper Flats. The BLM (Tim Read, Ranger Nelson, Harold Johnson and Mike Ahrens) and their agents (Mike Castro and the OHV Volunteers) enjoyed special privileges and ran the show.
"People" should be excluded from public land and public easements. Yeah, BLM. No wonder you lose all your court cases.
