The BLM have proven to me over the years that they are not beyond lying even about an issue that is clearly black and white and easily proven, Moss Mill Road. This is an issue that is so clear, even their own Solicitor stated there was an easement which is Moss Mill Road. If the BLM would lie about this road which created violent conflict even up to the Secretary of the Interior and the State Office imagine what they are capable of.
They are an extremely powerful Federal government agency that has the full support of Congressman Jerry Lewis, the 10th most powerful congressman in all of congress! He is on the appropriations committee and subcommittee on military appropriations, permanent select committee on intelligence. To pretend that he doesn't know what is going on with the BLM over Moss Mill Road has involved him in this mess.
I believe that you will need the pressure of media exposure with this issue and a Federal level investigation either by the FBI or Congressional hearings. Are you ready to take these issues to that level?
