Another (former) OHV Volunteer who has admitted to burning trails and would like to see this escalate to a war is Ty Davis of Team Yamaha.
The newspaper article states that "A range war has broken out between environmentalists and off-road motorcyclists". In reality, the motorcyclists have targeted local property owners for their vandalism. Branding property owners as environmentalists and then discrediting them with phoney ecotage incidents seems to be have a high success rate.
Ed Waldheim, president of California Off-Road Vehicle Association (CQRVA) and new member of the State OHV Commission is adding fuel to the fire by calling us "Enviros on the far left".
The BLM Barstow Office is not about to allow themselves to be corrupted by honesty. One OHV'er and property owner on Juniper Flats recently submitted an application for membership into the OHV Volunteers. The application was passed on to none other than BLM conspirator Harold Johnson who is not about to let anyone break into their circle of control.
