Laughing Bear, My family and I saw these three riders on Sunday, 3-21 at about 3:30PM in BLM lands just west of 4N16, just north of where this road goes into USFS lands. If you look at the picture on page 47 at the Wizard's pictures link below, it shows a set of large rocks that can actually been see prominently looking east from the cattle gaurd on the Bowen Ranch road. These same rocks can also be seen easily from 4N16. There is a small canyon directly east of these large rocks. We observed these three riders go down into this canyon where there were no trails then ride up west to the Eastern side of the large rocks seen in the photo I mentioned. One rider stalled his bike down in the canyon and the other two waited for him up by the big rocks. When the stalled rider got going again he switch-backed up the hillside, tearing up alot of ground, to where his friends were waiting. There is a well traveled motorcycle trail on the eastern side of these big rocks that runs from south to north by these rocks. The three riders then went off in a northwesterly direction on this well traveled trail which appears to follow a high ridge far off in that direction and I would guess eventually back to some point of the Powerline road.
