Why would the BLM accept an individual with such blatant disregard for the law as an OHV volunteer in Juniper Flats? . An area of critical environmental concern exists to protect resources from destruction, not for Ty Davis to practice for the next big race. There is plenty of room for Ty and others to ride wide open at Johnston Valley or Stoddard Wells.
