Ranger Burns just contacted me in regard to the report I made to the BLM dispatch hotline. He wanted to verify the location. Its encouraging to have a USFS ranger in the area that is good at working with the public to protect our national treasure of public lands. Evidently, there is some interagency communication if you call the above numbers. The numbers were given to me by BLM district manager Linda Hanson. She encouraged us to call and report illegal behavior and vandalism. If it isnt reported, it never happened as far as the record goes. Ranger Burns can be reached at the Sky Forest Ranger Station 909-382-2782 for all maters involving USFS lands.
