The damage to fences was cited as a major influencing factor in the Grazing Decision. A BLM field survey concluded that OHV riders were responsible. One can only speculate as to the intent of the vandals Katrina and exactly who they are. This is why local residents have been asking for some real enforcement of non complient OHV use in the area. There is a major problem with what we believe is a small group of individuals. Thier arrogant illegal behavior is affecting many.
