Katrina, if there is not an easement on current record, there is not an easement.
Following the Willow Fire, my property was devastated. You added to my problems by publishing the claim that an easement "may exist" across my property. It was posted on your website. The result was a damaging trespass route that was called "Sneak Road" because the persons being incited to trespass never had the courage to use it in my presence.
I showed you a Village parcel map that clearly showed the route closed by a 10' wide blockage. You continued to insist that it was an open route.
What was also closed was your mind.
