Moss Mill Road Investigation

The Moss Mill Road issue was existing before Kevin and Tanya purchased their property. Kevin and Tanya had knowledge of the controversy and allowed themselves to be involved in real estate land fraud with Fred Moss and Mike Castro. Land fraud was first committed when Fred Moss altered the legal description during interfamily transfers of the property years ago. This altered legal description later ripened (when the U.S.A. purchased the property) into a Federal criminal act of theft of government property, the public easement. Kevin and Tanya are now involved in this due to the transfer of this property to them and their knowledge of the controversy over the road. The physical existence of a road on the ground is considered constructive knowledge.

It is sad that they allowed themselves to be involved with that. However, this does not chaof the property years ago. My wish is for reasonable public access to Deep Creek. It is my opinion that the current access is not reasonable, it is not a safe route for the public around the Bowen Ranch. The road should be improved to allow two wheel driveat further supports what you are alleging is going on over J1299.

I would like the BLM to perform the services that they have been paid to do in the Juniper Flats area, protect the Indian Cultural Artifacts, provide reasonable public access, protect public safety, cooperate with the various interested parties to reach agreement on issues to reduce conflict in the area.
