.A STRONG PACIFIC STORM WILL MOVE INLAND ALONG THE WEST COAST TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY. AS SNOW LEVELS LOWER FOLLOWING THE PASSAGE OF THE COLD FRONT...HEAVY SNOW COULD DEVELOP IN THE SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY MOUNTAINS TONIGHT AND MOVE INTO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS ON THURSDAY. STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH THE HEAVY SNOW TO REDUCE VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO WITH NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS AT TIMES.

SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TO 14 INCHES IS POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT WITH AN ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION TO 8 INCHES POSSIBLE ON THURSDAY. SOUTHWEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 65 MPH WILL COMBINE WITH THE HEAVY SNOW TO REDUCE VISIBILITY TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES WITH NEAR WHITEOUT CONDITIONS POSSIBLE.
