As we well know, BLM clearly does not have the authority to put Mike in a law enforcement role, and endangers the public in doing so.

Special favors for Mike Castro started with the enduro event in 1993. Not one commitment made by BLM as a condition of that event has been met.

In falling over themselves to accommodate Castro, BLM has ignored the results of the public planning effort (CRMP). They made no attempt to enforce the emergency closure and have no apparent knowledge of the current open route network.

In the meantime, Mike Castro has been allowed to close routes near his ranch and open new routes within the ACEC. He now is asking for his actions to be blessed by WEMO. Because of his close friendships with the Chief Law Enforcement Ranger and the former OHV lobbyist who is leading the WEMO effort, he is confident of a slam-dunk.

The Chief Law Enforcement Ranger has been advised in mulitiple letters that private property owners are being subjected to vandalism for daring to speak out against this lawlessness. After getting no answer from BLM, the attempted intimidation has escalated to threats of personal injury.

If you were to cut the rot from this apple, you would be left holding the stem.
