Mike Castro has over the years shown by his actions, that he is very sensitive to the violation of the laws, and his rights, as related to tresspassers and his property. He has consistently challenged these " tresspassers " with arguments that cite " the law " as his basis for complaint. His actions, to my mind, were always just a " means to an end ", a tool to facilitate a personal agenda, it was never really about, the law being important, in itself. Mike Castro likes to ride his OHV, and from whats been said here, it appears he still intends on riding an illegal trail which goes through a indian cultural area highly considered by many neighbors in the general area. Mike Castro does not hold " the law ", as it relates to this illegal trail, as being just as important as the ones that protect him against the tresspass of his property, because, it negatively affects " his " personal agenda for the area.
