So, who is this lawless fellow? Kinda hard to know which " drifter " to avoid, based on the aforementioned information :-) Is his name to threatening to even speak of, or is it not known? Kinda like when the government request that we be alert, be vigilant, but gives us nothing specific to look out for :-) So far what we got is a lawless male motorcycle rider who carries a gun and does what he wants. Perhaps to mention his name would lead us away from the kinder, gentler forum of recent times. I would however offer up that if we are being truly warned, then the subject of the warning needs to be clearly specified, so those that may be affected can do solid things to protect themselves from this suggested threatening person.
