Hi Miguel,
Sorry your question went unanswered for so long. I've been away from the forum for a while, and am surprised to see that no one else responded to you.
There are no "official" names for the pools, but a number of long-time users have been naming the pools as follows:
THE CRAB COOKER: the narrow channel against the rocks where a copper pipe delivers water that many swear by as great drinking water. The temperature runs about 115 degrees or so, and many heat their food in the water.
THE SERENITY POOL: The pool closest to the crab cooker...I have no information on how or why it got that name. Not sure of the average temperature, but hotter than the womb because of runoff from the crab cooker.
THE WOMB: the largest, roundest, and deepest pool, above the serenity pool. Temperature hovers near 98 degrees...body temperature. Well-named, don't you think?
THE ANNIVERSARY POOL: The rectangular pool well above the womb. Named for its builders who built it in celebration of their wedding anniversary. (I've also heard that it was their 20th anniversary, and that they were originally married at the springs) Temperature usually between 105 and 108.
THE ARIZONA POOL: The pool upstream and separated from the other pools. I used to think that it was called Arizona because of the distance or maybe the temperature, which is sometimes hotter than the anniversary pool, or maybe because the spot gets so much sun. I later learned that it was named in honor of its builder. Well-named in all respects in my opinion.

That's all I know about pool names. Hope it helps. All enjoyable no matter what you call them!
