Mmmmmm.......buy low......sell high. I guess value of land is a perception. For the desert area, the preservation of unspoiled lands for future generations is made possible in a land swap of developable parcels along the interstate. Business generated by services provided to travellers and recreationalists on these parcels contribute to the local economy by creating jobs and increasing the tax base. This is something to think about. Personaly, I do not support or oppose this particluar deal since I dont know a whole lot about it. The article certainly is interesting.
