With two deaths in the SB mountains in the last weeks with one being in the closed burned area above Devore, IMO it will be doubtful that they will open up all of the unburned areas. The powers who are will be focusing more on why there have been twice the number of deaths in fifteen days than there was all last year and triple the number of calls for search and rescue.
