The BLM has turned delay, obstruct, and wear down the concerned citizen to a true art. They employ lots of people like Ms. Bedrosian to issue an official line which usually is untrue, and to keep their manager bosses from being held accountable for their actions. This is the agency which manages a large portion of our natural resources. Congress is the only real check on this kind of abuse.
