All U. S. Citizens should be concerned about what happened in the courtroom that day. I was not the only person in the courtroom that day, however, I alone was targeted for removal from the courtroom. This was a public courtroom and open to the public.
When I was approached by the courtroom bailiff, I was just quietly sitting with the rest of the audience. The only reason I was provided with was that I was being removed for "security concerns". The only security concerns that I can think of were my eyes and my ears. There were numerous sheriff deputies in the audience that day.
The actions of the other backup officers were over the top and down the other side. They approached quickly while reaching with their right arms for their weapons as I reasonably calmly asked questions as to my removal. It was unbelievable.
I am in the process of writing the Judge who was not in the court room at the time concerning the actions of the bailiff. I don't think Judge Lewin would believe that his bailiff's actions were justified. However, just to make sure as to these "security concerns" I will make this inquiry.
The courtroon conducts public business and members of the public have a right to observe. Judicial Watch has a volunteer program of citizen courtwatchers.
