Well, Mr Laughingbear.
I just happened to be in Apple Valley about 2 weeks ago and picked up a copy of the local free newspaper -- I forget it's name, but it's something like "Apple Valley News".
On the front page was an article with the headline featuring the name "Gail Fry" which immediately caught my attention. I also don't remember the exact wording on that either.
That article said, essentially, Gail had been forcibily removed from a courtroom for refusing to leave as the Bailiff requested. She apparently had been observing proceedings in that courtroom regarding wrongful removal of property from a friend's residence, or something to that effect.
For whatever reasons (the article was not clear on that detail), the officials of the court asked her to remove herself from the courtroom and she refused, claiming her right as a citizen to be present at a public hearing.
Incidently, I emailed/submitted (through this website) that article to Rick that very day, hoping he'd perhaps post that article here in the forum in the interest of 'fair and balanced news' reporting. Well, it never showed up, for whatever reason.
